I had such a great experience with East Bay Fireplace! Heather was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through an issue I was having with our remote controller. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the steps before moving forward — such great customer service! When it came time for a maintenance visit, Kaelan came out and provided excellent service. He was professional, efficient, and made sure our fireplace was working perfectly before he left. It’s clear that both Heather and Kaelan really care about their customers and take pride in their work. East Bay Fireplace and BBQ knocked it out of the park for us. We were out of town buyers and they made the entire process seamless. From helping us figure out transporting our new BBQ safely to packaging it up and loading it for us they were all incredible. Heather was so friendly and quick to respond to our questions and Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and easy to do business with. 10/10 recommend these people and their amazing business. We had a great experience with East Bay Fireplace from start to finish. I wanted to keep our existing rock design and add a Mantel. They had to cut into the rock to install the mantel, which was a little tricky but they made it look easy. They arrived on time, kept the area clean and had the job completed in two days. We went with the Regency which is fully controlled from a remote, it easy to use and has a number of different settings to adjust flame, fan and embers.
